What we collect
We collect your first name, email, property address, mobile phone if you give it, selling timeline, and whether you agreed to texts. We also keep the consent wording shown when you sign up.
If you use the buyer or seller interview, your answers stay in your own browser on your device. They are only sent to us if you press Review & Submit and then Send My Answers. When you send them, we receive your answers, your first name, your email, your mobile phone if you give it, and the confidentiality wording you saw.
If you create a home-search account, we keep your email, password sign-in (stored securely, we cannot read it), name, phone if given, your home preferences, saved searches, notes, favorite homes once listings are available, and a record of whether you agreed to texts. Only you and Chris Edge's team can see this. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or credit reports.
Why we collect it
We use this information to send your guide and personal home value and options review, and to follow up with you about selling. Interview answers you choose to send are used to understand your needs, goals and timing, and to follow up with you about buying or selling.
Your information is not for sale
We never sell your information.
