How did Chris get into real estate?

I grew up loving to build things. That turned into years in the construction industry, and later into real estate. Today I have more than 30 years in real estate and construction, and I have done 20 plus renovation projects. When I walk through a home, I see it the way a builder does and the way a buyer will.

I am the Principal Broker at Double Edge Real Estate. Our office is on Towne Ridge Parkway in Sandy, and I work along the Wasatch Front, from Davis County to Utah County, out to Tooele County and up to Park City and Summit County. I am also licensed in Colorado and help clients in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas.

I run a small team on purpose. When you hire me, you deal with me, start to finish, not a handoff. My job is to tell you what I know, not what you want to hear. Then you decide.

Most agents sell one way. I can walk you through a traditional listing, a cash or quick sale, and seller financing, side by side, with your own numbers. Creative financing is one of my specialties. I have worked with investors from across the country to find properties, manage renovations and check that the work was done right, down to straight windows and cabinets.

I also work with first-time buyers, people who are downsizing, and owners of small commercial and mixed-use property. Whatever the move, the goal is the same: real answers, so you can make a decision you will be glad about years from now.
